"Awesome Cape Cod Summer Vacation Rental"

We had another wonderful vacation in good old Cape Cod! Our two bedroom duplex was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed coffee in the closed in porch and star gazing on the back deck. The location is great and within walking distance to Sea Street Beach, the Wee Packet, the Ocean Bar, The Sailing Cow (our favorite), The Doghouse, Wolfie’s, and many other great hot spots. We’ve been renting with Martha Murray Real Estate for years now, and they are always so efficient, helpful, and organized making renting in the Cape a breeze. We’re looking forward to our stay next year! Thank you!

"Cape Cod Getaway "

Great vacation rental in a great location! It was cute, super clean and only a 10 minute walk to the beach and our favorite breakfast spot, The Wee Packet. We loved the front screened in porch and the back deck. Hope to go back next year. A big thank you to the owners and Martha Murray Real Estate!

 

"Updated little cottage near beach "

The space was small, but nicely updated and well appointed. The kitchen was tiny, but well designed and well stocked with all the basics. The rooms had plenty of light. The shared backyard was well laid out. You could sit on the porch and read or have dinner outside. It’s close to a busy street and across from a hotel, so the location isn’t totally charming, but it’s a short walk to a great public beach. The mattresses were not comfortable, and a nicer shower head could have made a big difference in the bathroom.

"BEST VACAY EVER!!!!"

I have been coming to Dennisport every summmer or the past 5 years. #3 and #5 Arlington Rd was the best by far out of all of the other rentals. Absolutely beautiful - high ceilings, extremely clean, hardwood floors throughout, beautiful kitchen with gas stove top, beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms, BBQ in back. It was more than perfect. I would like to rent this same house next summer. I am going to call to book VERY soon. I also got to meet the owner very quickly - super nice!!!!

I wanted to personally thank Martha for taking care of my family. We had a house booked through another agency that they owned and it was not up to standards to stay at. She was calm professional and a true delight to do business with! Her team was sympathetic and truly genuine and professional! Best Part of Your Vacation: Finding the house through Martha Murray! I would recommend Martha Murray to anyone that is looking for a house on the Ocean side. It was truly a great experience!
