This home has been completely updated with fresh paint, new air conditioning units, outdoor showers, appliances, mattresses and a game room, which includes a foosball table, air hockey table, stereo, Nintendo and large flat screen tv. The game room has a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. This home also has a rollaway ping pong table in the garage. This home has something for everyone!

This home was completely amazing for our family reunion. The home allowed privacy for each family but also great places to gather and share a meal. The outdoor showers, picnic tables and Cornhole allowed for outdoor fun. Being walking distance to The Sailing Cow Restaurant was wonderful! The private beach was phenomenal as well as 2 public beaches in walking distance. Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed their stay. We would recommend this home to anyone interested in staying on the Cape.

This was by far the best rental we have had over the last 20 years of visiting the Cape! The house was the perfect size for multiple families to be together but still allowed the ability to have your own space and the view if the beach was breathtaking. Would highly recommend staying here, my family has already decided we will rent again.

Excellent. Only issue was there are only 7 bedrooms, not 8. The eighth bedroom is the game room. Also, 7th bedroom downstairs does not have a door. Number of beds is accurate though.

I have to say I was quite impressed with my rental. I hadn’t rented on the Cape for quite some time and have to say I was a little apprehensive. But Martha Murray Realty was more than helpful and made the overall rental experience easy, from the contract to the check in/ check out. The house itself was the perfect place. The house was clean and neat. I am a nurse, so with all that is going on right now, the cleanliness was a huge plus!! There was one rug that had dog hair all over it, and we let the realty know at check out so the owner didn’t think it was ours. ( no pet policy) I would not hesitate to rent here again.

This place was perfect for our family and our friends! You can’t beat walking across the street to get to the beach. The house was very clean and organized. The back yard and the two decks out front were great for relaxing or having dinner and drinks with our friends. There was even a game room that the kids absolutely loved! The owner was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a family friendly beach rental.

Our 4 families really enjoyed our stay at 102/104 Old Wharf Road in Dennis Port, and look forward to booking the same week in 2020. The owner, was very nice and responsive to the few small problems we had. Best Part of Your Vacation was the proximity to the sound, and ease of getting our families together for dinner and games.

We had a great stay at 102 & 104 Old Wharf Road. There was plenty of room for our 16 member family, and we were a stone's throw to the private beach. The new owner, Bill Campbell was very responsive to the few small glitches he had..fixed them very quickly! We would certainly rent again.
