Description

Step into timeless charm at this unique waterfront compound, featuring a beautifully preserved main home built in 1927 and a spacious carriage house—perfect for large families or groups traveling together.

The main house is full of antique character, with original built-ins, warm architectural details, and inviting living spaces that blend historic charm with modern comfort. Start your mornings on the sun porch overlooking Kelly’s Pond, a serene water setting that offers peaceful views year-round. Inside, you’ll find four comfortable bedrooms, including a primary suite with a private bathroom and its own balcony overlooking the water.

The main level is equipped with central air conditioning, while upstairs bedrooms feature efficient mini-split units for personalized comfort. A fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and Keurig—everything you need to feel at home. A dedicated laundry room on the main level adds convenience for your stay.

Just steps away, the carriage house provides additional privacy with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms (showers only). Two of the bedrooms feature beautiful water views, and the entire space is cooled with central air conditioning, making it a comfortable retreat for guests.

Outside, enjoy a large yard perfect for relaxing or gathering, along with a patio area featuring a gas grill and outdoor dining setup—ideal for summer meals under the open sky. In the evenings, unwind around the gas fire pit and enjoy quiet nights under the stars. With easy access to the water, guests can enjoy kayaking and fishing right nearby.

Just a short walk away (.5 miles), you’ll find West Dennis Beach—perfect for ocean swimming, long sandy stretches, and classic Cape Cod beach days.

For those mixing business with pleasure, high-speed 2-gig Wi-Fi ensures seamless remote work.

Whether you're seeking a peaceful escape or a place to gather and reconnect, this charming waterfront property offers the perfect blend of history, comfort, and coastal beauty.

Please note: Carriage house offers showers only, no bath tub.
