Welcome to your perfect coastal getaway! This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is designed with families in mind, offering plenty of space to relax and spend time together. With two comfortable living areas, everyone can spread out—kids can enjoy movies in the den with a TV and streaming services while others unwind in the main living space. The additional bonus room features a twin-over-full bunk bed—a favorite for kids and teens.

The updated kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher and drip coffee maker, making meals easy and stress-free. The dining area features sliding doors that open to the backyard, perfect for indoor-outdoor family meals.

Each bedroom and living space is equipped with mini-split heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort. Please note that the bonus room does not have air conditioning. The home includes 2.5 bathrooms, with a tub/shower combo for little ones, a walk-in shower, and an enclosed outdoor shower—great after beach days.
