Description

Duck, Duck… Duck! This lovely home is nestled on a quiet lane in West Dennis, with water views and access to Kelley's Pond.

The first level features a comfortable family room, separate den with TV, dining room , updated galley kitchen and half bathroom. At the other end of the home you will find the master bedroom with a King size bed. Off the family room will be the 2nd bedroom with two twins and a full size bathroom located in the hallway with a standing shower (no tub). Up the stairs, you will find a spacious loft area equipped with a Queen size bed and peeks of Kelley's Pond- new carpet installed 2026! Brand new full size LG washer and dryer for Spring of 2025!

This is a perfect spot to bring or rent your own kayak and spend the days on the pond; fishing, relaxing and bird watching! If you can pull yourself away from the pond, you will also find West Dennis Beach just down the road, only .8 mile. The sunsets will not disappoint!

The directions say to turn down Wisteria and location is on the right. That’s wrong. You need to go down Duck Lane to the property. Entrance is interesting in that the first property on the right is a mess. Not too inviting. We prefer a location closer to the beach.

Thank you for sharing your lovely home. We enjoyed the patio, looking out at the pond and listening to the birds. The TV room was comfy cozy. Wow, the kitchen is stocked with everything you might need. The beds are so comfortable. I love the decor, especially the paintings and pictures. The large dining table was not only great for meals but also for gaming. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. We enjoyed the wild life: squirrels, bunnies and wild turkeys in the front yard. The home was clean and had everything you could want/need.

We used to bring our boys here when they were young - 26 now. We visited many places that we used to visit with them. I love the house and have always wanted to stay on Kellys Pond. Just wish we had a kayak. This is a beautiful haven and I hope we can stay again in the future. I really enjoyed how clean the house is!!

This house was so lovely to stay in - we were comfortable, relaxed and happy. We had some rain, but it didn’t matter. We were more than happy to stay cozied up inside reading and drawing. 5 Duck Lane is a very comfortable home. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely rent again sometime. The kitchen is well stocked. The outside shower is AWESOME….. We never used the inside shower! :)

The house was very clean when we arrived. Decorations are really cute. I love how the house is not modernized, and the loft is amazing. I appreciate the books you have for us to borrow during our stay. I loved the bird bath and even saw a Baltimore Oriole visit! Thank you for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home. We had a very relaxing and wonderful stay here. I’d love to stay again next year!

Thank you so much for such a beautiful and restful stay! The house is so cozy tucked right onto the pond. The proximity to great restaurants, downtown and outdoor adventures is perfect while maintaining a quaint sense of seclusion and peace. Our family enjoyed the cottage. Loved that it was on Kelleys Pond and that no motorized watercraft are allowed so it was very peaceful. The water is brackish and the kids loved seeing horseshoe and green crabs. Great location for us. Would love to return.

My family and I had a wonderful time. We very much enjoyed the home and its amenities. The home on the right of the lane to the home was a bit of an eyesore but the #5 property was quaint and lovely. The weather was mostly perfect and as always we ate at all our favorite places, went to a beach everyday and fished as much as possible. The dates we chose are always the best time to be on Cape Cod and we love it!

"We loved staying at this property and had a truly wonderful experience. The property was warm, welcoming, quiet, comfortable, and private. The lake view was beautiful. The property was also conveniently located. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked. The house was well set up, just the size for 6 adults. The house instruction binder and internet instructions were also very helpful!
