This four bedroom home is on one of the most sought after streets in Dennisport! Only a short 500 foot walk to a private association beach. Large rear yard perfect for lawn games. Our sixth year renting this house and it never disappoints. New upgrades from last year were a pleasant surpirse, inclucding ductless AC on the first level...especially considering we arrived on one of the hottest days of the year!
Always clean and well-maintained.

We stayed at 53 marimar. We have 3 kids and some friends as well with kids .. they were able to play wiffle ball all week, the property was great for the kids. The house was perfect for us. Nice and big and cozy. Lots of bedrooms and air conditioned. The neighborhood couldn’t of been better. It was amazing and the private beach was 200 feet away. This was perfect for us.

This was our fourth year staying at the rental house. It has the space we require for a family vacation. We always enjoy our stay and the home is clean upon arrival. The rental agency is prompt when contacted.
Due to COVID we had a delayed entry. We had to contact the rental agency for the third year in a row to remove the trash and recyclables from the outside bins.
The owners leave very little room in the downstairs bedroom closet for renters to hang clothes.
The owners provide dishes, glasses and such. The utensils should be replaced as many pieces are missing.
We love being able to enjoy the upper deck, however the outdoor furniture is old and should be updated for enjoyment and safety.

We rented this for a family getaway and loved it. Everything was clean and well maintained when we arrived. The set-up was great and enough room for all. The kids and their families liked the privacy of the upstairs bedrooms and bath and we spent lots of time on the deck. The downstairs was great too. I loved the large dining room that we could all sit at! The beach is just a short walk. We had the best family vacation here and will certainly be back year after year!

This is the third year we rented this property. The house is very nice and ample room for us and grandchildren. Love the location and proximity to beach and restaurant in walking distance. However, while some landscaping has been done on the outside, this property does not lend itself to us having fun outside. Yard is mostly dirt, no deck, table has no umbrella. Best part of our vacation is being with family and walking to beach and to swan river restaurant. We love Dennisport.

We enjoyed some of the property improvements since last year and once again enjoyed our stay at this property. All was once again very satisfactory to our comforts and needs. We have returned on an annual basis to Dennisport for our family vacation for > 50 years and love this location. Very nice property, obviously with caring owners, which very nicely fits our family needs.
