"Kings Row Dr Delight"

This our 3rd year at Kings Row. Love the location, close to our beaches. It's mid cape so easy to get to many other attractions. It is a very quiet neighborhood. Great ice cream place just round the corner on 6A! Many restaurants available. Our family enjoys the stay. Martha Murray keeps you informed regarding the rental. And is responsive to any questions that arise during your stay.

The home is perfect for our needs. It is clean and well maintained with plenty of space. The location is ideal for visits all over the Cape and closer beach trips. Martha Murray Vacation Rentals is very responsive and helpful. We really appreciated the service we received.

There should be a lockbox at the house. This is the first time going through a rental agency and we arrived a half hour early and had to come back to get the key. Realize we rent at 2 pm but left at 7:30 am on Saturday and out of the way to drop key off. Most of our displeasure was with rental agency.
The house was clean other than the cellar steps which was covered with dog hair. Spoiled by renting from owner and picking key at at house.

This was our first time in this house and we are already looking forward to our return next summer. The house is lovely, clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. The staff at Martha Murray were very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

The house was in a quiet residential neighborhood and was very spacious. Not as clean as I would have expected from a MM rental. A decent house for a larger family as it has two living rooms. Yard was smaller than expected and could use some landscaping. I like booking with MM Rentals but will look for a different property next time.

We truly enjoyed the property and we would not hesitate to go back. About 3 miles from the main beaches (Mayflower, Chapin, Corporation). Plenty restaurants, ice cream places and other food locations in the 3 mile radius. Dennis Public Market is a true gem. Best meats and veggies in town. Easy to find if traveling on RT 6

Love doing business with Martha Murray. Never had any issues and always there to answer questions. Makes renting a house so easy. Best part of our vacation was spending time with family and having fun without having to worry about anything.
