Step into a scene straight out of a Norman Rockwell painting at the Chatham Christmas by the Sea Stroll, happening December 12–14, 2025. This beloved annual event transforms downtown Chatham into a festive wonderland filled with holiday cheer, family-friendly activities, and small-town charm.
The celebration begins Friday evening with a Children’s Light Parade, where little ones escort Santa Claus down Main Street on a fire truck to the Tree Lighting Ceremony at Sears Park. Afterward, enjoy free horse & carriage rides, visits with Santa, and in-store festivities along Main Street.
Saturday continues the merriment with Breakfast with Santa, a holiday movie screening at the Chatham Orpheum Theater, and seasonal specials in local shops. Sunday wraps up the weekend with additional merchant promotions and community activities.
