You can rent one side or both sides and be able to accommodate 12 people.

My family and I had a fantastic time staying here. The proximity to the beach is wonderful. Along with taking advantage of that we also kayaked, paddleboarded, mini-golfed, shopped and ate our way around the area. We range in age from 9 to 80 and everyone had a great time! The house is cute and fit 5 of us perfectly.

This cottage was perfect for my family's vacation. It had just the right amount of space for sleeping and the front and back porches were wonderful. The proximity to the beach was also perfect. We are hoping to stay here again next year!
