Absolutely beautiful, updated home with stunning views of popular Trotting Park Road Beach in West Dennis! Only a stone's throw from the ocean, this four bedroom home offers a washer/dryer (located in the garage), dishwasher, WiFi, two full bathrooms, and separate dining area. Window air conditioner in all bedrooms. Patio with enclosed outside shower to rinse the sand off after the beach and gas grill for outdoor dining. You and your family will want to return to this home every year!

Please note: the beach in front of the home is small (runs from fence post to fence post). You also have access to a shared private beach a few doors down.

Special Note for Fall stays: Opening and closing of outside shower is weather dependent. Please contact for details.

Great beach home with all necessary amenities to enjoy a week across from private beach. This was our second summer staying here and hope to return next year.

We loved the location and the neighbors.
The house was really comfortable and spacious.
Only comment is could use a new shower head in outside shower.
Also carpet in the kitchen was interesting from a cooking and working in a kitchen aspect. We cook in every night and a more indoor outdoor or flooring would be better. But we survived through it.

We have loved staying here year after year. Enough space in the house for all of us 90-7 years old and love how close to the beach we are.

This house was in an amazing location relative to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. All descriptions of property were accurate. We had an amazing time and loved the property. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends/relatives. Having laundry, irons, small appliances (e.g., Keurig, toaster), and cleaning supplies (e.g., vacuum, wipes, paper towels, etc.) were very convenient and helpful. Internet worked well and the outdoor shower was great. A couple minor things related to the house:

1. Description of beach access was confusing. A visual map would be helpful to clear up where we can access the beach and set up chairs. Called a MM representative and they were quick to respond and clarified our questions, professionally.
2. The kitchen is carpeted, which is really not a big deal but seemed odd.
3. Shower ran out of hot water pretty quickly.
4. The toilets ran for a very long time (~3-4 minutes) and was loud after flushing which, again not a big deal, was not ideal when flushing the toilet in the middle of the night.

Just returned from another great weekly rental at this home rented via Martha Murray Vacation Rentals. This is our fourth time renting this property. Well maintained, clean and best of all easy access to the beach.

We will be returning next year!!

Excellent stay at Trotting Park Ext 2. Location across the street from the beach was fantastic. Close to everything in the mid-cape, 5 minute walk to the West Dennis beach too! Comfy vacation home for six adults and a child. Great ocean views from most rooms.

"Perfect spot "

We loved our stay! The home was clean, well equipped, the air conditioning was a nice touch for a damp day (as we all know the Cape can get!). If I were to give one critical thought-an upgrade to the outdoor shower would make this even better. We love an outdoor shower, but this one was not the greatest. A new shower head alone would have been fantastic.
Other than that this was perfect! Perfect location, perfect amount of rooms/bathrooms. Very clean. Updated. Bright and cheery. Good parking. Super close to the beach. And Martha Murray was great to work with as well!

"Fantastic property"

This is the second time that we stay in this house with our family. It is well maintain the people at Martha Murray are very responsive when you have issues, like a toaster not working or something like that. Whithin minutes of us send them an email, someone was dropping off a new toaster. Location is great with a private beach dedicated to the house and the neighbours are super nice. We had a great time and the big kids and little kids had lots of fun.

This is the second time we have rented at this location. Perfect location for our family. Close to beach, close to shopping and places to eat.

House is well maintiained and was very clean when we moved in on Saturday.

We had a great time on our vacation. Location was super. House was clean and spacious enough for our family. The only downside was the beach. We did not know that the beaches were private near the property. The section at the end of the road was public, but it was small and got crowded on the best beach days. Too bad this house could not get a flag and have access to the private section of the beach.

Excellent, We had a wonderful stay at the property and MM were very helpful at instantly sorting an electrical problem we had. Best Part of Your Vacation: Location close to beach and within easy access to all amenities. We travel from England and this was our second stay at Trotting Park Rd. This time we brought our extended family including 97 year old mother-in-law and 10 month old grand daughter, all 4 generations of the family! All being well we will return again next year.

This house is extremely clean, bight and "beachy". It's perfect location to the beach, you can lay in bed and hear the waves lap against the beach. This is the perfect spot for a family get away. Remember to provide your own bedding and towels.
