Excellent home for sharing. We had 2 families.Beautiful setting. Wonderful place for hosting cookouts and fire pit was a bonus. Could have used a little more warmer water that seemed to run low after a number of post beach showers by family members.

Large enough for 2 families to share, very well stocked, sheets & towels were a plus! Great proximity to the lake. We brought our own kayaks but it was convenient to have extras & the canoe! Easy walk to the beach except for crossing 6A.

We stayed at Studio Way with 9 adults and one child and everyone was super comfortable and had a great time. I wish we had spent more time at the lake (my daughter loved swimming after the fish!) but the beach was close by and easy to get to. The house itself was spectacular and roomy, very comfortable for a large group! I hope we can manage to visit again next year!

The home was better then we even anticipated.. played lots of cornhole in the yard, had 2 tables so one could always be set up for games, bikes and kayaks available and LOVED walking down to the lake. Enjoyed the beauty of Cape Cod and will certainly be coming back! Thanks so much!
