This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath charming Cape Cod home is only steps to Pleasant Road Beach. Enter into a foyer leading to an updated kitchen with granite counter tops and views of the ocean along Nantucket Sound. The dining area and living room feature an open concept with sliders leading out to a covered porch for al fresco dining with the soundtrack of the ocean. The main level will have one bedroom with two full sized beds and a full bathroom with stand up shower accessible in the hallway.

On the second level, you will find four more bedrooms, including a grand master bedroom with balcony, along with an attached master bathroom featuring a large tub and glass enclosed shower. Another bedroom containing 2 full beds also offers a seating area, game table, and TV for space to spread out. This home offers everything you could need, including central air conditioning, washer, dryer, gas grill and enclosed outside shower.

Pleasant Road Beach is a lovely beach with warm, calm waters perfect for families to spend the day soaking in the sun.

"August 2025 Stay- Note from Guest book"

We had another wonderful week at the ocean! Not a drop of rain during our stay. Most days were bright and sunny. A few days were hazy due to forest fires from Canadian Winds. We went to many local shops and restaurants each day. We went to Provincetown one day also. We absolutely love the view from your porch and second floor deck and windows overlooking sea! Thanks for the use of your home.

"Perfect Location"

Spacious home (comfortably fit our 9 family members) with perfect views and location. Upon arrival everything seemed to be great. After about an hour of unpacking we quickly realized the AC wasn't working and the floors had not been washed. One call to Martha Murray and they had cleaners come out and the following day temporary ACs were placed throughout the house. Overall the house is in good condition. It could probably use 1 day of a handyman coming in and fixing a few things (tacks sticking up on the stairs rug, fridge water filter needs change, screen door is ripped etc.) but nothing that would stop us from renting this house again.

It is a lovely beach home that accommodated my large family nicely. We were very comfortable there and had a great week. The only slight negative was some mold in master bathroom shower and some stains on the carpet upstairs.

Beautiful property, some repairs needed (screens, blinds, seating.) Perfect location, short walk to the beach, nice views. Very comfortable stay, quiet neighborhood, would rent again.

 

"Fabulous Family vacation home"

My family and I had a beautiful relaxing week at the 2 Shore Rd home. The home was spacious and clean. The kitchen had ample dishes and pots and pans. The only thing I would like to see added to the kitchen would be a regular 4 slice toaster. There’s a toaster oven but it seemed to take forever to toast. The beds were all very comfortable , except for the downstairs double beds which I think needed better box springs and frames. The grounds were beautiful and had beautiful flowers and the lawns well manicured. We loved the back patio and the large rocking chairs . The patio also looked out towards the ocean and was a spectacular site and oh so relaxing. We had an enjoyable week. The staff at Martha Murray Real estate , we’re a pleasure to talk with and always got right back to me thank you.

"Fantastic rental"

The home is large with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and living space is also large and comfortable. The home is beautifully furnished. The kitchen has everything you would ever need. Best of all is the very short walk to a beautiful beach. 2 min on private path. Home is close to the charming town with shops and restaurants. Fantastic vacation rental. The home was clean. The management company was professional and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend. Wifi was strong, so teens were happy and my husband was able to work.
