The house was conveniently located , very clean , furnished nicely and comfortable. I would have preferred a bathroom on the second floor, even just a half bath for convenience.

"We had a wonderful vacation"

This rental was just perfect for our women's week on the Cape. The house accommodated the 5 of us very well with plenty of room to spread out. We loved the outdide shower and ate just about every dinner on the enclosed patio. Terri at Martha Murray was super fast at getting back to our questions on move-in day. We booked it again for next summer!

"128 Sea St"

The house was in a great location not too far from the beach and even closer to the Sundae School. It was very neat and clean beds were comfortable, only drawback there was no 2nd floor bathroom, but 2 full baths in the first floor!! We enjoyed our stay there. Loved the outdoor patio and Shower, for a small house it had a lot going for it!!

The property is in very good condition...the AC units are a welcome plus!
Kitchen is well appointed, nice outdoor eating space and shower.
Beds and pillows were comfortable, and the living room, although small, has enough seating for 6.
Lots of accessories, and overall cleanliness make for an inviting and beachy feel...with the real beach about 3 blocks away.
The only reason I knew I wasn't in my own place; the channel selection is very limited.. but hey.. .we weren't there to watch TV.
Considering the modest rental cost, I rate this venue 5 stars!
