We enjoyed our stay as always. We loved the upgrades the owners did since our last visit too! We’ve never had this problem before, but the first day we arrived we ran out of propane and the backup cylinder was not functional, but the after hours staff at Marrtha Murray was helpful and give us instructions to go get another one at their office.

The cottage is very well equipped with modern appliances, air conditioning, outside shower and a very nice porch. It was ready early and MMRE was able to contact us for an early check in.

Absolutely love this rental property!!!! Loved the updated kitchen....nice surprise this year! Love the location, love the layout, and the 3 season room is my favorite spot to enjoy my coffee in the morning!!!!

"Multiple stays!"

We loved this house so much we came back for another stay. It is comfortable, well stocked and in a cute neighborhood in West Dennis. We love the outdoor shower and the laundry in the breezeway makes it so easy to drop your stuff and do a quick wash. All three bedrooms are very comfortable and have plenty of storage/closet space. We get the weekly beach pass and drive about 15 minutes to the north side beaches or less than 5 minutes to the south side beaches. This is a great property!

I have used Martha Murray Vacation rentals for the last 3 years and have been very pleased! Their communication is great and they respond right away to any questions or concerns. We have enjoyed each home we rented and have no complaints. The Scott Tyler # 8 is our favorite so far and we are planning on staying their again in 2022. Each place has been very clean and close to beaches. We took day trip to Martha's Vineyard and drove to Hyannis to souvenir shop and walk the main streets. I will keep going back and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We loved staying in this home for a week. The home was fully equipped with things we needed to cook and they had tons of extra toiletries. The home was fully upgraded with ac and the decor was a beautiful beach theme. The sunroom and fenced in yard was just perfect for our kids to enjoy. The location was prime! We would definitely consider returning!

Well this was a new location for us this year, we found this rental excellent, very clean and location was awesome, near everything we went to do. We booked this online hopping this was a good rental and was very surprised at what we found.
