"Regan Rd 35"

Love this cottage. We have rented it severall times. When we walk in it feels like home. love that I can be in the kitchen and still see everyone in the living room. The porch is a favorite place in the morning as is the deck I love the skylights which is a great place to watch a thunderstorm. It doesn't take long, just a few minutes to drive to West Dennis Beach. And close to a lot of places to eat and ice cream. We will be renting this cottage again.

We spent time in the light filled sunroom reading.
We appreciated the updated outdoor shower . Everything was spotless on arrival. Perfect distance from West Dennis beach for bike rides!

We love this cottage. My wife and I have stayed here several times. The floor plan is great. There is a side porch which we used a lot to ’s close to West Dennis Beach. There are a lot of places close by to eat and most places have take out as well. It is also close to Stop & Shop, Cuffy’s , ice cream and gas station. We love to be on the deck it’s a perfect place for morning coffee or meals. We have used the grill several times. We plan on coming back later this year and next year. We would highly recommend this cottage.

This was our third year staying at this property and we can't wait to go back again next year. The house was spotless and a few improvements had been made to the property which was great. We love the neighborhood! Very quiet and private and it's within walking distance to the beach which is also great.

From start to finish, this rental was wonderful! As usual, check in was very easy. The property was immaculate and we just love the location! It's a very easy walk to the beach as well as in a quiet location with very little traffic. The rental was very well stocked and had a few little extras thrown in. This is our third time staying in the rental and we can't wait to go back again!

"35 Regan Street"

Our stay was amazing. When we walk through the door it feels like coming home. We have rented this cottage a lot. The floor plan is open. There are three sky lights that can be opened which also let in a lot of light. We spend a lot of time in the side porch which has a second Tv and the deck we have used the grill for several meals. There is enough space in the master bedrooms closet and dresser for both of us. The second bedroom also has a good size dresser and closet. It is close to West Dennis beach. There is a family of bunnies that came to visit while we were there. We will be coming back to rent this cottage again.

The house was decorated in Cape Cod theme which I loved. It was in a quiet area and was beautifully maintained. The only issue was the mosquitoes. You could not go on the grassy area in the backyard or you would be overwhelmed.

This is a beautifully decorated cottage in a great location. Has everything you need, very neat and clean side and out. The location has plenty of restaurants nearby. West Dennis beach is one of our favorites close by. Highly recommend!

"Lovely Property "

This is a lovely home. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return depending on how many members of my family come to the Cape next year. I only have two thoughts. Although lovely to look at, we found the patio chairs uncomfortable, and a “real” toaster versus a toaster oven would be nice. The home has been nicely renovated and decorated. The neighborhood is quiet, and we enjoyed the bunny rabbits.

"Perfect Cottage for small family"

35 Regan Rd was wonderful! It is the perfect distance to the beaches (easily walkable to either South Village or West Dennis) as well as being moments from Lower Country and rte 28- both of which give way to access to a good amount of the Cape.
The cottage has a simple but refreshing lay out with an all season porch (very nice for breakfast and staying quiet while others sleep), 2 bedrooms, one bath and an outside shower (which I personally love to use while on vacation). The inside is updated, fresh and clean with a lovely nautical/ mermaid theme. The outside is also well maintained- green, clean, nice patio and grill. Not to mention the cost to rent a cottage such as this is not bad at all��
We had one mishap where a dresser drawer came apart but Martha Murray and the owners were quick to repair and return it without any inconvenience to us.
The owners were also very generous leaving a welcome note and some Cape Cod treats for us to enjoy as guests in their cottage (much appreciated and something never encountered in our other stays and I've been coming to the cape since I was a child).
Overall, unless our family outgrows the space, we hope to become regulars at 35 Regan�� and highly recommend it to anyone else.

"Beautiful little cottage"

We had a wonderful vacation and of course it was too short. We had great weather for the entire week. The cottage was perfect for the 2 of us. Very charming and homey AND bright. The skylights were great. The cottage was very clean and provided everything we needed for our weeks' stay. the sun porch was so inviting and great to have our dinners out there. The outdoor patio was set up nicely and also another good place to have meals.

The home was amazing! Great location to beaches on Nantucket Sound. The entire place was immaculately clean. Home was very well stocked, we really didn't need anything except for linens. Outside area matched the inside, it was beautifully landscaped. Perfect size for our 3 person family. Would definitely book again!

Everything was good. House was clean. On Demand hot water system gave really hot water! Enclosed porch was awesome. On bad weather days we camped out there and played games and read books. The house met our needs for everything we asked for. With a restricted diet we prepared many meals at the house and had everything we needed.

This home was a very quaint cottage. The kitchen was very beautiful, although wish it had a dishwasher. The outdoor porch was really relaxing too. The beach is walkable at just under a mile. However we ended up going to south village beach because it was cleaner, more room and hardly any seaweed. The outdoor shower was nice. The bedrooms were a little small especially with 3 adults and a toddler. Overall its a nice house, if it was just the two of us its perfect. But with kids justa little cramped.

"Charming 2 bedroom"

We had a wonderful week! 5 minute drive to the bike path, and 10 minutes to Corporation Beach. Home was recently redecorated in a lovely beach theme and was well equipped w all necessities. Quiet dead end street, privacy in backyard. Three season porch offered additional space and remained cool through the day. Dressers and bureaus could not be used due to mildew smell. Could have used an additional AC in 2nd bedroom as it remained very hot.

This house was lovely. The outdoor grill was really nice, awesome furniture on the covered porch and on the deck. Kitchen was fully stocked, everything from shelfish crackers and pickers, lobster pot, grill tools, foil, kitchen towels, beer koozies, salad bowl, pots and pans, cooler, beach chairs, paper plates, sponges, you name it. Closet had vacuum, paper towels and toilet paper, cleaning supplies, hand soap refills, even first aid items. Near the porch was a few bottles of natural and deet bug spray! And a little library with games! Close line outside to dry your suits and beach towels. Automatic open/close sky lights. We added a few things to the house for future guests to enjoy, including a couple more beer koozies, new salt and pepper grinders, and citronella candles :) Would stay again. So appreciative of the owners of this house for keeping so much of their personality and such great stuff in the kitchen and elsewhere. We didn't use it, but even a stereo with speakers up top to plug into with your Aux cable.

The whole house was immaculate, the garden beautifully maintained, even the dustbins were spotless! It was a great size for the two of us, and would be good also for a young family. We took our own linens and towels with us, but everything else we needed for a very comfortable self catering stay was provided, the kitchen was very well equipped indeed. The location was good, walking distance from the beach and within easy driving distance of grocery stores, restaurants and good access to the rest of the Cape. The neighborhood itself was very peaceful. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Best vacation in a long while. I know the area quite well. West Dennis is a favorite location. Close enough to West Dennis Beach but the neighborhood was very nice. Friendly neighbors. The House was immaculate. Perfect for two to four people. Very comfortable. Wish I owned it. Will definitely rent again.
