This fully remodeled three bedroom ranch home is located in a highly sought after neighborhood. Just a two minute walk to a shared private river beach, this home is sure to become a family favorite you will want to return to every summer!

Amenities will include window air conditioning throughout the home (each bedroom and living/dining/kitchen area), washer/dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, enclosed outside shower and gas grill just to name a few. Owners also leave lawn games, beach chairs/toys, and a wagon to get to the beach!

Are you a golfer? Both Blue Rock and Bass River Golf Courses are less than 2 miles from the house. This home is also less than 1 mile away from Wilbur Park, a great place to fish or watch the boats go by.

"Perfect Cape Cod getaway"

What a charming cape house with a lovely nautical feel inside. House was clean, with very comfortable beds and sofas. Loved the outdoor shower in the back that you could pop into after a day at the private beach, a short walk away. Great location with easy access to restaurants, ice cream and quick drive to Chatham. Even took a day trip to P-Town and Wellfleet. Loved being mid cape and not having to sit in miles of traffic to get home. Definitely going to stay here again. A perfect Cape Cod getaway.

"Well kept home"

The house is well kept, very clean and much more roomy and spacious than it looks from outside. We’ve spent several happy summers here and are going back this August. A nice back yard and private Bass River beach are steps away. Highly recommend.

"Perfect Getaway"

Excellent house in a cool little community. Clearly professionally cleaned prior to our visit. Private beach was a 1 minute walk from house, kids had a blast! Plenty of amenities in the home to keep the kids entertained as well…Cornhole boards, spike ball, can-jam. Excellent rear patio and yard for relaxing. House was perfect for what we needed with 2 adults and 3 kids on a last minute getaway.

"Great stay!"

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and new the house was. It was a good location and easily accessible. We had dumb moments on our side. Like the shower is a pull on and off. We were turning it to no avail. A quick phone call and prompt response cleared that up. That was our only glitch. It was a great week on the cape.
