"Great home"

This was a nice home with plenty of space for our family. I was pleasantly surprised to find kids toys, beach chairs and even a double stroller available to use.

My group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 17 Perkins Way. The house was spacious, clean and newly updated. The deck and the backyard were perfect spots to enjoy games and a fire pit after a long day at the beach. The bedrooms were large, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of seating for dinner. The only input I have is that the bedrooms really need to have some dressers. There are no dressers in the bedrooms although the closets are outfitted, but a dresser is still helpful. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends or stay again when we’re on the Cape.
