A comfortable living room and smart tv round out the first floor.

The upper level boasts a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, spacious kitchen island with surrounding seating and modern and updated decor. Ocean views of Nantucket Sound can be seen from the upper lever of this home! The kitchen, dining and family room have an open-concept, allowing family to entertain and spend quality time together. The living room features an oversized sectional and smart tv. Off the dining room is a slider leading to a deck with table and chairs. At the other end of the upper level of this home, you will find another 3 bedrooms. Full size bathroom located in the hallway and half bathroom located in King Bedroom. Other amenities include enclosed outdoor shower, dishwasher, washer/dryer and wifi.

Home is walking distance (0.5 miles or less) to Parker’s River Beach, Seaview Beach, Thatcher Beach and The Skipper Restaurant and Chowder House.

"Summer rental"

Had an amazing time in this beautiful home. Home was immaculate and newly renovated. Plenty of parking. Great location to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay at this property again.

"Fantastic Ocean View Stay!"

We stayed at 222 with extended family and it was perfect! The house was in pristine condition. The best in ALL our combined years of renting. The in law set up was perfection for our family as several family members have severe food allergies. It allowed us to vacation worry free. The ocean views from most of the home were absolutely breathtaking and the neighborhood was extremely quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect space for 10 people; inside and out. Gorgeous property!!
