Close distance to the Pelham house for wonderful dining, stop by Wolfies for your breakfast and coffee needs, or Cleat and Anchor for delicious BBQ. Bandera's market is just minutes from the house, which arguably has the best sandwiches in the state of Massachusetts.

There is an elevator in the building to make moving in and out a breeze!

"A Great time on the cape"

We're already looking forward to next year and we already reserved due to the quality of condo and the great location! We have been coming to the cape for the past 10 years and have had a lot of bad experiences, even in this same building under other agencies. This is our first year using Martha Murray and we're delighted by the quality, the availability and the professionalism of the staff. Where this location was wonderful, we may, in the future look for other locations however it will always be with Martha Murray going forward. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful!

Beautiful unit! Open, bright, clean, well maintained, and great amenities. The best location. Views from the balcony and right on the beach. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We will be back next year for the fourth time.

The condo is in a wonderful location with a beautiful view from the balcony and direct access to a private beach. It is decorated beautifully and couldn't be more comfortable with lots of 'extras' provided including beach chairs. The check-in and out process could not be easier and the team at Martha Murray was so helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and view! The property was as described and very clean. The only difference was that instead of one sofa and 2 chairs, there were 2 sofas, which we actually preferred. We had one minor issue that was resolved immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay on old wharf Road. This condo was the perfect size for our family and the view was outstanding. With an infant, It was not possible to go to the beach every day, but having the view of the ocean from every room made up for it.

I had the most wonderful stay at unit B402 on Old Wharf Road. The suite was absolutely immaculate and so welcoming. I could not have asked for a better experience and am already planning on our next trip. We toured the Cape and went to many lovely local places to shop. Overall, it was a fabulous stay!
