This home has three bedrooms and an additional sleeper sofa in the upstairs living area, sleeping a total of eight. The downstairs living space has sliders opening up to a deck with ocean front seating and a gas grill. Off the kitchen is an additional dining area, with a corner window giving you more views of the ocean. The master bedroom has its own full bath with stand up shower. Enjoy your coffee on either the top floor or main floor deck, or on the paved patio. You're COD LIVING AT IT'S BEST!!!

House location is great, the beach is great for kids, inside the house needs some tlc from the floors to new living room furniture. Was our 2nd year In a row renting this house, but may not return if there isn't any upgrades at the cost of the rental.

My husband and I have been vacationing on Cape Cod for 28 years. This was by far the best rental property we’ve ever stayed at. The house was clean and in great condition. The location was perfect. It was quiet and the views were amazing. We will be renting from Martha Murray again.

"Family Friendly Beach House"

We wanted a beach vacation, and this house exceeded our expectations. The private sandy beach provided us with hours of play and leisure time for the family. Being on stilts the house shaded us, so we could enjoy the beach and avoid the sun. The waves were gentle enough for young kids to play and swim in. Having a toddler and infant with us, we greatly appreciated the easy access to the house from the beach, and we loved the convenient outdoor shower. We enjoyed eating outdoors on the spacious main floor deck and soaking in the views from the upstairs deck. The rooms and bathrooms were modern, clean and seemingly newly renovated. Although the kitchen is narrow, it is well stocked with plenty of cooking necessities. Other helpful amenities were the air-conditioning, the washer and dryer, the grill, and lots of sand toys. Two cars fit fine in the driveway. We didn't need to leave the house for any activities because all the fun was right there. We would highly recommend this house, and we plan to return again.

Cannot say enough about this beautiful property and perfect location. The house layout and decor was ideal and inviting. Incredible views from multiple decks and windows throughout. Modern and up to date. Directly on a private beach in a convenient location. We have been coming to this area for years and it was our first time at the property. We hope to come every year. "Family vacation 2021"

This is my second year renting through Martha Murray and I was once again extremely impressed with the rentals. The property this year had everything we could have imagined and it was by far one of the best vacations I have had. Would be nice to have a second tv upstairs in the living space or in bedroom. Would have been a bonus especially when 2 families are there. Overall had a great time. The waterfront views are peaceful surroundings. We all had a great time being together in the lovely beach house even when the weather wasn't the greatest.

MMVR was excellent to work with from our first contact. The property was even better than expected....and the one issue we had was dealt with very promptly. An overall lovely experience. The location was superb and the updates to the house were a pleasant surprise. The enclosed outdoor shower was the best surprise for sure. Everything was perfect.

The house, beach and beautiful weather was the best part of our vacation. The house is beautiful and exceeded expectation. The shower doors in the first floor bathroom slide open during use. I used a mat and towel dried the area well after each use to protect the floor.

September of 2016 was our first stay here - and we have a reservation for September 2017. So charming! To fall asleep to the sound of the ocean - and to wake in the morning, having coffee both on the upstairs deck and also on the beach is a total stress reliever. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this place and location. Can't wait to go back!!

"Early July Stay 2016"

We have rented this property for the past 3 years and love it. we hopefully intend to return again and again. I had left some comments with the office, not complaints, but things we noticed while staying at the property. hopefully these will be conveyed to the owner. We did however have trouble with the screen doors falling off all the time and had to use the back door as front door lock is extremely difficult to lock. tub does not hold water.

We have stayed in this property annually, under the previous owner, and it holds a very special place in our family's lives. The views, the home itself, and the surrounding area always contribute to a wonderful time. We had a wonderful week-we love it at 141 Old Wharf.
