Adorable Cape Cod cottage with Central A/C in Dennis Port, MA-only 250 short steps to the beach! House boasts a lovely living room and large family room each with sleeper sofas. Step out onto the lovely deck to enjoy a fun BBQ and let the kids play in the big yard. Outdoor enclosed hot/cold running water shower-so nice to freshen up comfortably after walking back from a great day at the beach! Two bedroom, one bath, with washer/dryer, dishwasher, and all the amenities. Conveniences include TV, WiFi, and Central A/C-heat for your complete comfort.

Please note washer/dryer is located in outdoor shed.

We had rented another place and there was no gas so the company called and offered us a couple different choices the rental we chose it’s so much nicer than the one we originally had chosen. They made it so easy for us to vacation this year. We were having trouble with the router and the woman from Martha Murray was there within 15 minutes to help. The house was immaculate And very close to the ocean we are very satisfied with her trip.

Very nice and relaxing 2 weeks. Cottage was very comfortable and has that Cape Cod character we desire when renting a cottage, nice convenient location to all that we wanted to do. Had one small issue during our stay and the response from both the owner and Martha Murry rentals was Excellent, Thank You Very Much!

Nice house, good location to the beach. Only issue was house got too hot in the middle of summer. Fan's don't help much. Might consider an ac unit.

Everything was terrific. Best part of our vacation was sitting on the deck having coffee and relaxing. We always love the outdoor shower, too. The cottage is very comfortable and feels like home.

This very charming and very well furnished two bedroom summer home was amazing.The owner thought of everything you could possibly need in your home away from home for the week. The decor was very tastefully done, and the large deck with grill allowed us to have our meals outside. There is even an outdoor shower and washer and dryer available. I really liked the no hassle five minute walk down to beach everyday as well. We definitely plan to stay there again next summer. This house is a must see!
