"Cute, clean cottage in a quiet neighborhood"

We have stayed in this cottage twice and will stay again! The cottage was very clean upon arrival. The bed in the primary bedroom was replaced this year (2023) and was very comfortable, but it is a full size which is very small. The livingroom and kitchen furniture is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for dishes, pots and pans, etc. The porch furniture is very old, uncomfortable wicker, which makes the porch mostly unusable. There is only 1 bathroom plus an outdoor shower. Our group was 3 adults, and the 1 bathroom worked fine for us. Laundry is in the basement and is conveniently accessed from the kitchen. The yard is tiny, but is fenced in. Like most of Dennisport, the house behind is very close (probably less than 20 feet), but the neighbors were very quiet. Dennis is a great location if you want to explore the Cape-15 minutes to Hyannis, 25 minutes to the National Seashore beaches and about 45 to Provincetown. Overall, it is a great little cottage in a quiet neighborhood.

The cottage was clean and very well appointed. The location is great-close to the Nantucket Sound beaches and a short drive to the bay side beaches. Also close to fantastic restaurants and family activities. We would definitely rent here again!
