One mini split air conditioner in living area, and one window ac in queen bedroom.

My husband's family has enjoyed every summer here since 1962 . Their home is located at 33 Mari Jane Rd. We love having additional family members staying so close while enjoying our vacation . The family enjoys the beaches, restaurants and loves playing Putt Putt of course,while I particularly enjoy antiquing. Rain or shine . We love the Cape!

The rental was great. It had everything we needed and then some. The location was excellent and in close proximity to everything. Your staff was courteous, helpful and responded so quickly to my many questions. Thank you for making our vacation so comfortable and welcoming. The best part of our vacation was the LOCATION of the property. Coming 'home' to a nice place. Oh and the AMAZING whale watch in Ptown. We saw more than six whales the day we went out!
