We have been staying at this lovely home for several years (we actually try to make it twice a year when we can). I can't say enough good things about both the home and Martha Murray. The location is perfect! The home is clean, bright and well stocked with everything you could ever want. The rooms are spacious and having three bathrooms is great! The outdoor shower is perfect after a day at the beach. We'll keep coming back as often as we can!

We come to this beautiful home twice a year and it never disappoints. The location is amazing-just a short walk to the beach. It's spacious, very clean and has water views from just about every window! Martha Murray is wonderful to work with and are very accommodating. I wouldn't rent from any other agency. The rooms are big, the kitchen is well stocked and the outdoor shower is wonderful after a day at the beach. I cannot say enough about this place! It's perfect!

My 3 siblings and I and our 3 spouses booked this home for a week-long stay on Cape Cod. our Family has spent many vacations on the Cape, but not together. This property is in a central location so all of us could find things to do as a group or separately.

Probably the best vacation rental that we have ever experienced. This place had everything! Four roomy bedrooms, three full bathrooms, huge kitchen and family room. Awesome views from the deck. Central air that actually works. Televisions everywhere. Great cable and phone reception ( rare in the Cape). It was simply perfect.

We absolutely LOVE this house. Plenty of room for the family and the house is decorated very nicely. The house is super clean and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are nice sized and having 3 bathrooms is great! I can't forget to mention the location! There are water views from every room. You can walk to the beach and the Lighthouse Inn for dinner. We've rented all over this area of West Dennis for many years and this is by far our favorite place. We'll definitely be back again next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The views were amazing and watching the ocean from the deck was absolutely perfect! The house was well furnished and the kitchen/living area on the second floor was exactly what we hoped for--the kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the sectional in the living room was big enough for everyone to stretch out and relax. All of the bedrooms were large and comfortable and having three full bathrooms was so nice. A short walk (literally across the street) and we were at the beach! Perfect beach house....highly recommend!

This property was beautiful, clean, in great condition, and in an ideal location on the Cape.
One of our top criteria for renting this property was that it had central AC. One morning we turned on the AC and left for the day, only to come back to find that the AC was not working. The rental management company was very helpful and responsive, however, they couldn’t get anyone out to repair it until the following afternoon. Thankfully my husband works in the HVAC business. He made a phone call and within a half hour someone was there to get the AC up and running.
We would definitely rent this property again. My sister was in the area while we were there so she stopped in and is now considering renting it next year.

The house has a great location and all the activities we can plan from there are great. The upgrades to the property from 2017 were noticeable and appreciated (hardwood floors redone, new deck door, new grill from 2016, more chairs upstairs, just seemed cleaner this year and it's always very very clean. House terrific! Agency responsive, friendly. Reminders helpful. Forgot to mention on way out, TV reception basically unwatchable (breaking up) Mon. thru Fri. Best Part of Your Vacation: Weather (thanks for arranging). House. Beach. Good to be back in area where we rented for 35 years. Last year Brewster, great but unfamiliar. Appreciated ease of departure.

We loved the house overall but the door to the deck needs to be fixed. It was the only downside to the house. The views from the deck and the convenience to the beach as well as other towns on the Cape were the best part of our vacation.

Fire and CO detectors were going off most of the week at night. Probably should have been replaced before the season started. Overall everything else was great and we hope to return next year. The best part of our vacation was the West Dennis beach during the day and deck at night.
