Each bedroom, along with the living room, features mini split air conditioners to keep you cool and comfortable throughout your visit. Whether you're sipping coffee on the front deck or enjoying dinner on the back deck, you'll love the outdoor living spaces. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower and fire up the gas grill for a casual cookout.

This home offers streaming services only, so bring your login info and favorite shows. It’s the perfect place to spend a week—or two!—unwinding by the ocean.

Nearby restaurants include the Lighthouse Cafe, the Sand Bar, Good Friends Cafe, the Summer Shanty, Paradise Pizza, O'Shea's Olde Inn, and the "don't miss" Captain Baker Donut Shop!

"Family vacay"

We all had a great time the cottage was a perfect fit for my family.The too a were spacious enough, beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Loved the proximity
to the beach. We all love this area and have stayed at different places over the years. This was a very nice cottage.

We had a great time relaxing at the beach and the front deck of this house. The house had everything we needed, looked just like the pictures online and is just a short walk to the beach.

"Lovin’ Life on Leeward"

Our stay at this property was wonderful. Perfect location, rooms were clean and organized. Access was easy. All amenities spoken of were available and working. The air conditioning was very welcome as the heat climbed unseasonably high while we were here. This was a much needed rest from the world and we couldn’t have been happier here!

"Great beach location!"

This is a great little cottage with close proximity to the beach. The only complaints were some of the mattresses need to be updated and the coffee maker did not work. You can't beat the location though. It's just a short stroll on the beach to Lighthouse Inn where you can get drinks and food. Would definitely stay again.

"2024 Cape Cod Family Vacation"

Property was perfect for us. On one side was myself and aunt and uncle who need separate bedrooms. Other side were my three children with their significant others, My son even proposed and the back yard was a great place to celebrate!!! Size, location, cleanliness and all the units had to offer was awesome! A dryer would have been the only item that would have made it perfect! But not sure where it could go. We will definitely rent it again when we know dates!!

The location is perfect.The rental exceeded our expectations and would dirent again. Spotless clean, great large decks in front and back to relax on comfortable lounge chairs with cushions.ver comfortable beds. Tastefully decorated, ample space to relax in all the rooms. All kitchen accessories available for convenience. Excellent private beach just steps away.
