Cozy cape cod cottage with lovely wood floors. Central AC for comfortable sleeping on warm nights. Three season porch with dining table and two twin beds for additional sleeping. About one half mile to Haigis public beach. TV's in living room (Xfinity cable), sun room (Roku), and kids bed room (Roku)

Close attractions and restaurants include Holiday Hill mini golf, The Original Seafood Restaurant, The Oyster Company, Thai Ocha Cafe,
Honey Dew Donuts, Chapin's Fish and Chips, Cleat and Anchor, Bandera's, the South Side Cantina, The Dog House, and Woolfie's Coffee and Breakfast Bakery. There are no shortage of options when you rent this home!

"Lovely Cape Cod Home"

This home was roomy, clean and comfortable. It's larger than it looks in the photos. The beds on the sun porch are tucked away and private, like having a third bedroom. Located on a quiet street just a short walk from the beach and a few restaurants and boutiques. It has a private backyard where we enjoyed the quiet and used the grill.

Martha Murray staff is the best, wonderful communication, couldn’t have asked for more! DogHouse, Woolfie’s, and Southside Cantina great customer service & food choices. Cape Cottage wonderful selection of gift items, owner could not be more helpful. Lambert’s Farm Market in Sandwich, well worth the ride, wish we had one in NY, spotless, great product selection, friendly staff. Mayflower Beach and Provincetown Whale Watch always the best! Property gets four stars, could use a new, up-to-date shower head, front screen door, and shade for sunroom door. Another fun week at the Cape! Thank you.

"My Daughters FIRST cape vacation "

Bringing my 3 year old for their first cape cod experience was something I was so excited to do.
My sister's and myself were raised on cape summers our whole lives.
We really enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be back next year!
THE MARTHA MURRAY CREW were helpful attentive and encouraging through the whole process from original booking, a few small problems with the rental and check out.

Family down to Cape Cod. We spent very little time except to sleep in the cottage but I have time there was definitely comfortable with central AC and the amenities in the kitchen, dishwasher stove, etc..

Loved �� the house. Although the kitchen was small and dated we enjoyed some of our meals here. We had 6 adults and with only 1 small bathroom, it was tight but the A/C made up for the small bathroom. The outside shower was very nice, as was the location. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
