"Cape Cod Cutie"

We had a fantastic week at this Cape vacation home! The house itself is wonderfully spacious, with plenty of comfortable seating in the common areas for everyone to relax and gather. The outdoor shower was such a bonus, and we really enjoyed the outdoor space and convenient parking. The neighborhood is peaceful and perfect for walking or bike riding, yet you’re just minutes from West Dennis Beach and the always-fun Cuffy’s. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the entire stay stress-free. Overall, it was a truly great experience, and we’re already hoping to come back next year!

We have stayed here for several years now. The house feels like home. It's well stocked, has a great layout, and is always clean. I like that it is central to everything on the Cape. The beach at West Dennis is minutes away. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic.

Martha Murray always does a great job! The house even smelled clean when we walked in. This is probably our 8th or 9th renting this house. Martha Murray is very communicative and helpful, and they make it easy to check in and out. We mostly were midcape and enjoyed the trails, beaches and seafood!

Very enjoyable! We did have the dryer issue which was unfortunate because we had planned on having laundry facilities available. Also we had a toilet issue for one day with four of us in the house. Martha Murray was very helpful assisting us! Other than those two issues, it was fantastic!

We love Juniper 41!! The house feels like home to us. It's spacious enough for 6, although we usually only have 4 or 5 max. It's been nice to bring friends and family here to stay for a week. The house is always clean and comfortable. The Martha Murray team is very friendly and quick to help should a problem or question arise.

Once again, it was a great experience using Martha Murray for our rental. Check in was easy and earlier then expected. Once at the property, we were very pleased to see that the property was just as described and pictured on the website. The house was very clean and we had no problems at all. The neighborhood was very quiet and in a great location, within walking distance to the beach. We would recommend this property for anyone looking for a clean, quiet place to get away.

"Fourth time at Juniper 41"

The house even smelled clean when we walked in. It's nice to come "home" to a place like that. The floor didn't appear to have been swept well, but other than that, we were satisfied. The refrigerator was making some noises and might have to be looked at. We love what we call "our little house" and look forward to another trip in the future. We love dealing with Martha Murray. They are always friendly and quick to help with whatever we need.

We love this cottage!! This year my husband and I were there all alone. It was very clean and sanitized. We did have a problem with one of the heaters, but Robin was very helpful and even went out of her way to fix the problem. Honestly, coming to this house always feels like coming home. I hate to say too many nice things about this house, or everyone will want to stay here!

It was a great house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Great for walking or bike riding with kids. Fully equipped kitchen. Couches needed cleaning or to be replaced.

We come to the Cape quite often although it had been 6 years since we were here. We very much liked this cottage and would rent it again, for sure. We have no complaints about the listing. The fridge is old but worked extremely efficiently. Makes ice in no time! Oops. The toilet in the newer part should be replaced.��

"Juniper Road 41"

We loved the house. It has enough room for two families to comfortably stay there for a week. The bedrooms are on one side of the house the living area on the other. This worked very well for people who get up earlier than others. We did not disturb each other. The backyard was very nice it has a clothesline which worked perfectly for all our towels and other items we needed to hang out. The washer and dryer are full size which made washing clothes for five people much easier. The beach is a very short drive to West Dennis beach. We would like to rent this cottage again.

This vacation rental was very clean and well equipped. It was easy to get to beach and great for walks. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful time at this rental. It was not cleaned before we got there, but the realty company was great. They offered to send someone to clean immediately. It was a quiet neighborhood, and having a dishwasher as well as a washer/dryer made our stay so comfortable.

A clean and comfortable cottage in close proximity to West Dennis and Yarmouth beaches with summerlike weather in September. We were greeted by gaggles of wild turkeys on Juniper Road when we arrived. Never saw them again.
