"Nice updates and unbeatably convenient to the beach"

The interior has some nice recent updates to the main living space and kitchen which gives the space and nice open feeling. Central air and strong wifi signal were a big plus. The view of the sunset from the deck, over the pond, without the obstructions that some of the other nearby rental properties have, is a great background for outdoor dining. We hope to stay here again next year.

The cottage’s location was in a quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance to a private beach. The cottage was clean, well-appointed and up to date. The rental process was very easy and I appreciated the timely reminders. Loved the A/C!

"Perfect stay"

Check in and check out were a breeze! Literally a key pick up and drop off. The house was clean, well appointed, modern with just enough nod to more rustic times. The Private Beach was a treat. Highly recommend the rental company and this property. (Note, there is no washer/dryer so either pack accordingly or use the local drop/pick up service laundrymat.)

"Cute getaway cottage close to beach"

We rented the house for a week with my husband and two young boys. The house is well maintained, clean, and adorable! The quick walk to the beach is what attracted us to this rental. We loved having the house to ourselves rather than renting a split unit. The front yard was great for the boys to play before and after the beach! T
