This house is absolutely perfect for a beach vacation... Very clean, great updates to the bathroom and decks... The only problem is the sink in the upstairs bedroom does not drain well at all... But besides that everything was excellent

We have been coming to this house for so many years and we love it ! You can’t beat the location! Our kids love the river and jumping off the jetty and at high tide.
We were excited to see that the living room has been upgraded and it looks great. It will continue to be our favorite spot on the Cape.

We have been coming for one week in August for several years with our 2 adult daughters and their families! We love it. The location is FANTASTIC! A couple of minutes walk to the beach. The house accommodates 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. And 2 porches with wonderful views!

This neighborhood never disappoints us and easy access to the beach with little ones makes this an easy choice.
They could benefit getting a new toaster as one side only functions and new HDMI cable for downstairs tv.
The picture kept cutting out but after giggling the HDMI cable a bit we got it working a little better but not great.
Neighbors next to ours on Chapin have super bright patio lights so curtains are needed in down stairs bedrooms to block out the super bright light .

This house is an easy walk to the beach! The views are great and it is a short drive to restaurants, other beaches, biking, etc. One thing to note: the home is older and shows its age - it wasn't an issue since we didn't go to the Cape to hang out inside. However, if you're looking for something spiffy and new, this might not be your rental. There are some noticeable deferred maintenance issues.

Overall our stay was an A+!! The location and views are unbelievable!!! The home was clean except the windows. Kitchen and bathrooms were great. We don’t have complaints but I would say the home could use some updates .
Overall we were more than satisfied. We would stay here again.

I have been going to the Cape my entire life. I have always stayed in the West Dennis-Dennis Port-Dennis area. It gives great access to all parts of the Cape. We havw been staying at this location for 4/5 years. It is a great location

Pleasant as always. We have rented this house for years. Only problem this year is the coffee maker did not work for us - (Very annoying) We always bring our single cup maker just in case.

Excellent from start to finish (starting with the reservations and ending with the key drop off) - a wonderful vacation experience! The house was clean and the property description accurate. It's is an easy walk from a great beach on the ocean and river, and close to many other fun sites. Dennis is a great town with lots to offer, and its location mid-Cape is very convenient to many other attractions, such as Provincetown and ferries to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Awesome location, House is decent size with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths.

Close to major supermarkets and plenty of restaurants.

If wind is too strong on the main beach, then one can use beach on inlet - all very clean. Or one can sit in yard, look at the beach and be protected from the wind.

We used MMVR for 7 of 8 years. They are always very helpful if any issues arise. I look forward to vacation all year and my only worry is the weather. I would recommend MMVR to anyone.
