Amenities include an air conditioner in each bedroom and the kitchen, WiFi, 2 TVs, washer, dryer, microwave, toaster oven and coffeemaker. Shaded yard with clothesline, lawn furniture, gas grill and a picnic table. Please note washer/dryer is located in basement, bulkhead access only.

This was our 3rd stay at 73 Captain Chase Rd. We love the house especially the screened in porch. House is clean with no issues and plenty of room for family. Would stay again for sure!!! Close enough to beach to walk as well.

Love this ranch style home. Our 4th year in this vacation rental. Love it and continue to stay every year. Furniture is comfortable, 2 tv's, beds comfortable, washer/dryer and outdoor shower. What more could you want?

The cottage was awesome!!!! Inside and out. Kitchen was fully functional as was the washer and dryer. Bedrooms and bathroom and l7ving room along with 2 sunroof and outside shower. This may well be out "go to" place in the future.

i love it there. The only problem was and has been the furniture in the livingroom is soo low or too soft. They are comfortable when you sit down in them but you can't get out of them. Just one comfortable chair in there is all i am looking for. If it could be higher i would be in 7th heaven. Don't need NEW but second hand would be fine.

It was wonderful as usual. I have been going there for the last 11 years. It is quiet, near town, and resturants. It is very private with the bushes and fence all around. You name it they have it. It was great.

Had a great week at the Cape. Super cute house, I think if they could clean up the yard that could be huge. Washer and Dryer huge Plus! The middle porch had an oder to it, but we didn't really use it so no big deal. Could also leave a bit more space for renter supplies. Overall a wonderful experience.

We stay yearly always using Martha Murry and this is our favorite house to stay in. My four yr old grandson agrees especially when we can to have ice cream "all day every day". This house is clearly owned by grandparents as well as it is full of items that make family time eventful. Never had an experience that was not wonderful...that's why we keep coming back.

A sunny spot in a quiet neighborhood was just what we were looking for in our summer vacation. Property was adorable, beach themed, nicely, decorated, very clean and comfortable for my husband and I. There wasn't a thing that we needed that wasn't already provided by our property owners. We were super happy with this summer rental. Martha Murray provided us with a list and checksheet with all of the info that we needed to make our stay a positive one.
