"Wonderful Week!"

We were spending a week with family. This location was close to theirs and allowed us to have a get-together with them. The kitchen was well-stocked. It was very clean and "homey"! We had a wonderful time!

I stayed here with a small group of friends, and we had a great week! The house was very clean upon arrival. There was plenty of room for 7 of us. Both Outdoor and Indoor showers had great water pressure and temperature.
The location is great! South Village Beach was a short 10:00 walk and bayside beaches were a short 15:00 drive. There were Kayak rentals up the road as well as great dining/drinks. We visited The Summer Shanti, Chapins and Sandbar. All were in a short drive or if you don't mind a 15-20:00 walk. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful, and the neighbors are very friendly.
There is plenty of room in the yard and a working grill. Central Air was also a huge bonus. Lastly the agents at Martha Murray provided excellent customer service. We would stay here again!

"Great Location Close to Beaches and Dinning"

A spacious house with a conveniant location to South Village Beach and West Dennis Beach and close to area Dinning. House could use some updating and definately needs to have atleast window AC's added. All bedding in all four bedrooms need replacing all old and very uncomfortable.

Given the current covid pandemic, I found the Cape overall to be very considerate and aware. The beach was amazing- most all followed the 12 foot guidelines

The home was well-stocked with anything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and surprisingly spacious for a cottage! I was recently diagnosed with endometrial cancer and don't really know my plans for next year, but I would definitely consider coming back to the same cottage.
