Enjoy your summer vacation in this immaculate, well maintained home with central air conditioning (split units in each bedroom and living area). Open floor plan with recessed lighting, hardwood and ceramic tile floors. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Modern, tasteful decor offering washer /dryer (bulkhead access only), Wifi, flat screen television (Roku streaming services only) and dishwasher. In your spare time relax on the front porch or grill out on the rear patio! Back yard offers plenty of room for fun and games after a day of swimming in the warm waters of Nantucket Sound. There is an outdoor enclosed shower and for your convenience the owner will provide beach chairs. Pack your bags and start making memories!

"Cape Cod Escape"

This house is great! It is very clean, bright, modernized, and comfortable. The owner takes pride in maintaining his property, and it shows. The location is perfect, mid Cape, so easy to travel to the other parts of the Cape. A grocery store is nearby, as well as, a CVS, shops, and restaurants. For a special dinner, The Ocean House and The Rooftop at Pelham on Main are recommended. The staff at Martha Murray Vacation Rentals is always available for any concerns. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay at this property!

This is a super sweet little house, well appointed with furniture, inside and out. We were quite comfortable here and enjoyed the option of sitting out front or out back on the patio. It would be great if there was a fire pit in the side yard or a chimney on the patio for chilly nights.

The house was well maintained. We loved having a yard for grandkids to play. AC was appreciated. 20 min walk to beach was good. Only issue was
Poor WIZi connections. My husband likes to do his exercise routines off his phone and he was never able to get a good connection.

Another couple joined my husband and me for a week's vacation in August. The house was exactly what we wanted for the week. The location was perfect. The open floor plan for the living room and kitchen is what we prefer. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, central air conditioner, outside shower and a washer & dryer! We spent a lot of time on the patio in the backyard in the evening after spending the day at the beach. A great time was had by all!

Second time in this beautiful, super clean cottage! He Martha Murray team is a pleasure to work with and super friendly! Walking distance to a few beaches, restaurants & mini market. Enjoy beach(happy) hour outdoors or breakfast with a Bloody Mary at the Sailing Cow, dont miss outdoor dining with a raw bar, heat lamps & Terry Brennan playing at Chapins Beach Bar, the sunset from West Dennis beach is fabulous. I bought steamers, lobster and oysters at Swan River Seafood and had a relaxing seafood fest on the back deck. Live the outdoor shower and oversized washer & dryer. Big tv, great AC system, huge kitchen, and comfy furniture & bed. Love that the master bedroom had a private bath. And compared to other cottages, the price is fantastic!

I love this home! Everything is updated, comfy queen bed with private bath & ceiling fan, 2 other bedrooms & another full bath. The outdoor shower is fantastic! Big tv, quiet neighborhood for walking, great yard for relaxing out front & back, extra large washer & dryer, great A/C system for each room. We walked to beaches everyday! Don't miss sunsets at West Dennis beach! Didn't want to leave!

We needed a last minute booking for family reasons. Many of the rentals were closed for the season, however Martha Murray worked with us to find us a place. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. We definately would use them in the future. The property was very clean and beautifully furnished. We would not change a thing.

Totally renovated and in a great location. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. The outdoor shower is new, very large and so clean! Bedrooms are a good size. Furniture is all new. The dinning table is perfect for a beach house. I would highly recommend this house for a wonderful Cape summer or fall vacation.

The house was perfect for us and the pictures are current and aren't misleading, which we found to be the gas going through other rental sites in prior years. The owner was GREAT! Very accommodating for us and helped us out any way he could. Would definitely recommend this property to someone else based on our experience.
