Immaculately clean, charming duplex unit completely renovated! Only .3 miles to Sea St beach. Quick walk to local hot spots: Dog House Restaurant, Woolfies Bakery and Cleat and Anchor! "Cape Cod Vacation"

We had a great time in Dennis Port and the house was perfect for us (family of 4, 2 adults 2 kids). The house was very clean and in great shape, we had no issues while we were there.

We rented one side and my parents rented the other. It was a perfect shared vacation. The house was clean, comfortable, centrally located to everything and super welcoming. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and she was so sweet and grateful. I highly recommend this location, just leave a week for us ;).

"Great location"

The home is in a fantastic location. Very close to the beach, Sundae School, and Chapin's. It's small but comfortable. An unexpected bonus was that the two ends of the couch recline. The outdoor shower is great. Grill worked well. My only complaints are that there were way too many throw pillows everywhere and every cabinet in the kitchen was full so there wasn't anywhere to put the food we brought - but I recognize the second issue is pretty common. I'd recommend this rental.

We had another wonderful stay again this year at #3 and #5 Arlington Rd. The cottage is beautiful, clean and updated. Close walking distance to beach. Looking forward to another week next July!

My family has stayed at and around Dennis Port for decades. For me it was the best stay ever. The cottage is lovingly kept and amazingly well stocked for dishes, pots, kitchen utensils as well as kitchen towels, soap, first aid kit (thing I usually bring with me anyways but it was nice to see the care put into these small comforts by the landlord). Not to mention books, games, outdoor furniture and the GRILL! the yard was spacious enough to set up a sun/rain shelter over one of the picnic tables and a hammock. Minutes to the beach (evel with a 4 and a 6 y.o.) and a very convenient short drive to the shopping plaza. All in all - sincere thanks to the landlords and to Martha Murray for helping up find this gem.

This cottage was spotlessly clean, beautiful light, and recently remodeled . Perfect for small family! We will plan on booking again next year. We met the owner when we were packing up, she was very accommodating and helpful
