Less than a 500 foot walk with easy access to a beautiful shared/private beach and half mile to popular South Village Beach. Within a short drive, enjoy many local restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, bowling, miniature golf and other outdoor activities.

This updated home has window A/C in each bedroom and is equipped with a full kitchen including microwave, coffeemaker, toaster oven and an eat-in dining room. Amenities include cable TV and high speed internet and new bedroom and living room furniture .

You can rent one side or both sides and be able to accommodate 12 people.

Along with taking advantage of that we also kayaked, paddleboarded, mini-golfed, shopped and ate our way around the area. We range in age from 9 to 80 and everyone had a great time! The house is cute and fit 5 of us perfectly.
