"The Perfect Layout"

Our family has been staying here for years now and we have every intention on coming back for years to come. The house has the perfect layout with 3 bedrooms, the family room, and front & back. And its right up the street from the river with an inviting breeze!

Lovely, bright, clean cottage! Airy but nice to have AC option too. We used the deeded path and got right out onto the Swan River with Kayaks and loved it! So convenient and beautiful. Quiet, peaceful spot. Very happy with our choice. Martha Murray was great about taking care of a WIFI issue promptly. Only concern for us was there was not quite enough light in the cottage-overhead lights might help? Overall, very pleased!

We absolutely loved this cottage. Perfect for our 3 little ones. Our in laws were within walking distance. Such a cute little house, quiet street. Absolutely perfect. We hope to rent it again next year
