The rental was fine expect that ocassionally the toilet kept running so I contacted MM. They said they would probably be able to get someone over on Monday but I never saw anyone the whole week and I had to fix the toilet numerous times. Other than that everything was fine and as advertised.

"55 Shore Road "

House and property easily met the needs of the two of us. Everything was very clean. We really liked the bathroom, which I don't think was shown in the website pictures. However, the toilet flapper valve did not seal all the time. This was annoying and should be fixed, as it also wastes water. The neighborhood was quiet and is great for walking. The house is an easy walk to the nearby beach.

"Another Amazing Week!"

This is our second year renting 55 Shore Road, and our sixth year renting through Martha Murray. The house is amazing, the location is perfect and the owners leave beach chairs in the shed you can use. Martha Murray has always been great with regards to check in and check out, and we’ve never had an issue at any of the properties we’ve rented through them.

"55 Shore Road...A Great Find!"

Loved our stay in this beautiful home. The spacious sunroom was our favorite place to be. It also has a sweet front living room. Kitchen had everything we needed. Short walk to West Dennis Beach. Nice neighborhood. My only suggestion would be a queen size bed instead of the full with a twin bunk.

"#55 Shore a Very Updated and Clean Rental Property"

Great curb appeal with neatly landscaped and regularly irrigated property. Really nice, clean outdoor shower, and very nice backyard patio with umbrella and dining bench. Owners provided a nice information booklet about home, emergency numbers, and surrounding restaurants and beaches. Home very open and airy. A number of skylights provide extra light through out house. Well appointed kitchen and included grilling tools. Real nice great room where we spent most of our time when not out and about. Location a perfect distance to walk to either the beach, Bass river and even the local post office and eateries. Also the home has some great neighbors, whom we got to know well before the tornado touched down in Yarmouth and Harwich.
