We have rented this home through MMVR every year since 2017 and have used MMRV off and on since 1991 but continuously from 2005. We love the location as well as the layout of the home. New siding gives an updated look but still retains the charm. We can spread out in the living room, sunroom, dining room and enjoy some beverages on the deck. We cook most of our meals during our stay so the gas stove and gas grill get a lot of use. We love the short walk to the private beach (seaweed is a slight annoyance but it also invades the town beaches as well). Enjoy the short walk to Swan River for take out lobsters and a short drive to Woolfies for breakfast items (best to use the online ordering). We do eat out sometimes; Sesuit Harbor, Marshside, Moby Dicks and Chapins (my son's favorite) to name a few (miss the Ebb Tide). Enjoyed a flight with lunch at Hog Island, but passed on a tasting at Truro Vineyards since the Zinfandel was not available (the best anywhere in my opinion) but was able to pick up a couple of bottles at Lukes. We didn't get to Sundae School as much as we like but I was able to share my Black Raspberry cone with my youngest granddaughter. WE planned to take the ferry to Nantucket however the weather on the day we planned did not cooperate. Maybe next year. We shopped well at the spiffed up Cuffy's and saddened by the demise of the Christmas Tree Stores. Every year we enjoy our Cape vacation and are a little sad to leave. 22 Miramar is a great vacation home. Clean, spacious and overall in great shape. One minor issue with the refrigerator. Possible leak in the drip pan. We highly recommend using Martha Murray and 22 Miramar Ave as a great rental.

Love this property, this is a our third year in this space, it is perfect for our family, it's proximity to the beach and other accommodations makes for a great vacation spot.
MM's responsiveness when needed also had a positive impact on our vacation.

This house was perfect for our weeklong vacation which included 4 adults and 1 child. Lots of bedroom space and plenty of room to relax both inside and outside. A quick walk to private beach and short drive to West Dennis Beach. House was super clean and owners have a great binder with info needed for a successful stay. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

We have stayed in this house for 10 plus years. great location. The beach is perfect for the kids. We enjoy the deck and the screened in porch. My only suggestion would be a bigger refrigerator

Overall, especially considering it was just after a very bad storm, a tornado, it was very good. We are very happy with the property and the service we received. We have been going to the Cape for 40 years.
The only problem was the seaweed washed up by the storm the week before and no effort to clean it up on our beach. The Dennis beach was cleaned, ours not at all and that is one reason for renting this place.

Great house very clean. So convenient to all our needs in dennisport. To be able to walk to beach with grandchildren was so worth staying here. Very nice deck to cook and eat on with family. Short walk to swan river restaurant and fish market. I would highly recommend this property to a family

A few small issues with upkeep, noted to agent.
But great house and private beach.
Exceptionally hot summer and could have used AC
on main floor.
Grandkids had a ball and that’s what matter.
