Relax in this gorgeous and modern 4 bedroom beach house, located on the scenic Pleasant Bay. You can enjoy swimming, kayaking or just taking in the views. Sit on the deck overlooking the water with your morning coffee or evening cocktails/dinner. Window ac's are located in each bedroom, along with the living room. Additional amenities include washer, dryer, and dishwasher. You can access the water down a path to a shared landing (see pictures) with a flight of steps leading down to water (water depth ranges from a few inches to a foot deep, depending on tide). Please note: there is no direct beach access. It is perfect for kayaking, paddle boards, and inflatable rafts/floats.

Special Note: access to the upper level is by a spiral staircase.

With the iconic Chatham village just 5 minutes down the road you will have endless possibilities with beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and the many events that this quaint town has to offer. Orleans center is just 10 minutes in the opposite direction with shops, beaches and restaurants as well. Come, relax, and enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer. This home DOES NOT have an outdoor shower. For occupancies up to 14, this home can be rented with 2089 Head of the Bay, which is just feet away! Jacknife Beach is a 2 minute drive, or longer walk, at 0.6 miles from this home.
