Beautiful 5 bedroom home located .3 miles to West Dennis beach. Neatly landscaped, fenced in yard with stone fire pit and multiple decks. Large front to back, newly furnished living room with flat screen TV. Large outdoor shower. Deck off of the kitchen with 2 tables, 12 chairs, gas grill and a stone fire pit with 6 chairs. Wet bar with ice maker. Other amenities include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, 6 beach chairs, and a few small coolers. Comcast Bundle-internet and cable.

This place was perfect for us 6 adults and 3 kids, plenty of room and the yard was great for games.A great neighborhood for a walk and easy access to the beach

This is the second summer vacationing here. We love the location because it’s easy to walk there with grandchildren.
MM website said update for 2022 was A/C in every bedroom. This was untrue as 2 bedrooms did not. This was my complaint last year as well. With flickering lights , central A/C will likely be only way to cool it.
Kitchen is in need of an update for sure.
Not sure why landscapers would come by on a hot day to attempt to fertilize when I have 2 small children there.

Great house in a convenient location to the beach. Nice yard with plenty of outdoor seating for meals and plenty of space for the grandchildren to play.
The one drawback was that not all the bedrooms were air conditioned. The bedrooms, especially upstairs, without A/C were quite warm and uncomfortable.
We would rent again.

A very comfortable house for an extended family to visit. Great kitchen and porch dining set up. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful and quite close to the beach.

This was a family vacation with our 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren. Location was perfect as it was a short walk to West Dennis beach. This is a great beach to go to with 2 two year olds as it’s little walking and just 2 steps to access the beach. My only complaint was there are 5 bedrooms and 2 have no A/C. There are fans but for the fees paid, every bedroom should have A/C. I’m used to central air in rentals so this was disappointing. Otherwise nice location and house.

This was our 4th stay at 77 Santucket Rd, and it did not disappoint. This house has everything you could possibly need for you stay. We were there during the COVID-19 pandemic, and we were 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of the house, inside and out. We expected a later check-in time due to the new cleaning procedures, but were excited when the house was ready earlier. The house is perfect, and we love our time there!

Great time at 77 Santucket Cape House!
Weather was perfect! Great family time! Short walk to beach! Plenty of space for
everyone! Loved having A.C, in most of the bedrooms might consider one for kitchen area., That area was very warm. Great outside shower!

We've stayed here two other times and love the location and house and yard. This year the weather did not cooperate with us. But, that's something you can't control. I have to say the downstairs bathroom was not clean. I cleaned the toilet and sink on arrival. My only other complaint is there were no King sheets. We do not have a King bed and the other two times we stayed there they were provided. Martha Murray tried to accomodate us when I called looking for sheets, but the ones brought to us were queen size. King's should be in the house. Thank you.

Other than the beach, we enjoyed the fire pit. The weather was cool during our stay so we enjoyed the warmth and glow of the fire pit each night. Overall a great house and location, but a lot of small things add up to a house that is starting to show some wear and tear.
