TOTALLY PRIVATE 200 FOOT BEACH!! This unique oceanfront property with central air conditioning features an in-law wing, attached by a gallery with library, game table and seating for quiet reading. The waterfront house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and great room with fantastic views. The in-law wing has a kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 1 full bath and a living room.

The property includes an oceanfront deck which the owners call the “Sunset Deck”, situated at the top of the bluff. It has seating for 8 and catches the last rays of the sun each day. It’s a wonderful place to end the day listening to the sounds of the ocean while enjoying your favorite beverage. There are balconies off the bedrooms in the front house with great views of Nantucket Sound.

The home sits on beatifully landscaped three quarters of an acre. The front yard facing the ocean is the perfect spot for lawn games. The side yard has a nice spacious area that is very quiet for those who want to get away from it all.

The home is located within walking distance of Sundae School, a wonderful local ice cream shop in addition to the Ocean House and Pelham House.

The home comes with cable, two TV’s, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 picnic tables and a gas grill as well as a Weber charcoal grill and enclosed outside shower.

"Multi Generation Family Vacation"

This was a Fantastic property for our family! There was 10 of us ages 78-13 and the house worked great for all of us. The house was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and glasses. It was also very nice because the owner even provided a few beach chairs for us to use. The only negative I could mention is the bathrooms could use an update and the back bathroom is Very small.
The location is Fantastic! Walking distance to a few very good restaurants and and of course Woolfies Bakery.

"Wonderful rental"

We rented this house for one week at the end of June. We wish it was 2 weeks! The private beach was beautiful. The house was perfect for our large family and a few friends. The teens stayed in the back house with adults up front. Wonderful view from master. Cannot say enough about this amazing property. Front house kitchen is large and fully stocked with everything needed for cooking and entertaining. The large kitchen table sat all of us. The yard leading to the beach is another wonderful space. Cannot say enough good things about this unique home.

Property is very comfortable and beautiful landscape yard. having a private beach is so important, we love it. the lawn chairs are great to have. Love the corner platform to sit and see the ocean, beach and family down below. what a wonderful place! Best Part of Your Vacation: having enough bedrooms for all the members or our family is very important.. the AC works in both parts of the house. hot water for all of us to shower is fantastic. washing machine and dryer are very good. we all love to wake up and see the ocean, hear the waves and breathe the clean air. fantastic!! Thank you for letting us use your home again. we love the place.

This was our second year renting 70 Oak Street and we still can't get over the beautiful views and how much fun the kids have playing on the grass with their cousins.Additional Comments, Questions or Concerns: The central air in the main house wasn't working and Andrew from Martha Murray was amazing in helping us get the issue resolved. It ended up being that the thermostat needed to be replaced

We really enjoyed staying at 70 Oak Street. The age range was from 90 years old to 4 years old and everyone had a great time. My family loved spending time together and just relaxing. The only issue we had was the parking. My parents had a bit of a hard time getting from the cars to the house. The house was already equipped with many things that we brought so if we come again, we'll know that it's already available. The Best Part of Your Vacation: The view from the property was amazing and many times we would all gather outside to enjoy the view. Again it was beautiful and the yard was perfect for the kids to run around and play. We were lucky enough to be there for a full moon; we just sat and admired how amazing it looked while it reflected on the water.
