Enjoy your vacation in this well maintained 2000 sq. ft 5 bedroom home with central air conditioning. Enjoy the outdoor space on the beach (private shared with 6 houses); swim in Nantucket Sound, star gaze while sitting around the firepit, romp on the plush lawn, lounge or dine on the oceanfront deck or on the private rear patio. The house has a remodeled, beautifully equipped kitchen, a large living room with flat screen TV, dining room and a den, (flat screen tv, dvd, library, puzzles and games), 2 full baths and two 1/2 baths - all which have been remodeled. Laundry located on first floor. Bedroom #1 with a queen bed and 1/2 bath is located downstairs. One full shower bath is on the first floor. Upstairs has four bedrooms: Bedroom # 2 with a queen bed and 1/2 bath, flat screen tv, lots of windows and ocean views. Bedroom # 3 with a king bed, Bose radio, flat screen tv open ceiling, and a bay window with beautiful views. Bedroom #4 with two twins and lovely ocean views. Bedroom #5 has a queen, flat screen tv and views (If bringing a crib, this is the only bedroom that would fit it). Large outdoor shower with changing area. Gas grill connected to street gas. The garage is not for tenant use. The parking is for four cars only, with no street parking.

"Another week in paradise"

This home is perfect for us with our two married children and 3 grandchildren. The location on the beach is so relaxing. The house has all of the amenities you would need. The most recent improvements are fantastic - firepit, new A/C, whole house generator, new fences, stone walls, plantings, etc. We have so many fond memories. The rental staff are always pleasant and responsive.

Our check-in experience was perfect, as always and very much appreciated the opportunity to check in early.The wedding and party next door weren’t too disruptive. I felt bad that it rained for part of it but they all seemed to have a good time.You mentioned the new firepit which we are planning to enjoy tonight.I also noted new a/c, generator, fences, shone work, garbage storage, plantings, etc. Wow! Everything looks great.

The Martha Murray rental experience is excellent. You can be assured that you will be well taken care of, and any questions answered promptly. The property is lovely. Location is delightful and so special to be able to walk down a short stairway and be right on a private beach. Ocean views are enjoyed from almost every room of the house! The owners provide the quality of household items/furnishings/appliances/dishware/pots/pans to make a stay at 4 Flakeyard a luxurious experience.

This is our eighth year in a row renting this property. It has everything our family needs for a fun filled vacation. The owner supplies everything we need or ask for, and does so cheerfully! We seldom eat out. We prefer our table by the ocean every night. We would however recommend purchasing fresh scallops from Midnight Our and cooking them at home!!

Another wonderful vacation experience for our family. We have rented this home for 7 years. The home is very well equipped, comfortable, and lacks for nothing. The oceanfront location is second to none. The management company is very efficient and helpful when needed. Due to Covid we did not eat in restaurants this year, but had a table by the ocean every evening with no waiting!

We like being with family and being at the ocean. We have connections with Dennis Port since 1930- 5 generations. We enjoy recalling past memories and making new ones. Maybe consider putting a different mattress in the upstairs queen bedroom that is next to the twin room- the one that fits the crib. The couple that slept in there think it is not very comfortable.
