"Another lovely stay at 21 Bayberry"

This was our second year in a row staying at 21 Bayberry Ln. Such a great rental house. The location is the perfect blend of quiet and convenience. Little to no traffic goes by the house. There are four small beaches within walking distance, which saves you a ton of money from parking at the beach. And since the house isn't too far from Rte. 28, it's still easy to get to other parts of the Cape. Some of the furniture could probably use an upgrade, but nothing is uncomfortable. The second bathroom is such a nice bonus. You rarely get that in a Cape rental this size. The small porch is a nice place to relax or read, after breakfast or dinner. Definitely recommended.

 

"Quiet Cottage in Hidden Neighborhood "

Great little cottage with all the amenities a small family could need. Nice living space and outdoor space as well. Two bathrooms and central air a bonus for sure. Quintessential cape cottage in its original glory. A great spot with nice views to the river.

 

"Our Annual Cape Escape"

We had a wonderful time here. Love the location.
We have taken our Annual Cape Summer Vacation in the area for many years. This cottage is clean and comfortable. We enjoy going to nearby South Village Beach with our family. We also enjoy dining out at the Keltic Kitchen,Capt.Parkers Pub, Red Nun and several others as well as visiting the local shops. The property & neighborhood are nice and clean, quiet & friendly. We not only recommend it, but we vacation with our family who also rent in this area.

"Great little house"

This is a fantastic, little house. First, it's on a quiet, dirt road. So there's not much traffic coming down the street. It's within walking distance to four small beaches. Having two bathrooms is nice, especially if you have kids. That being said the bedrooms are setup a little odd. The smaller bedroom has the full size bed, while the larger back bedroom has two twins, patio access, and the larger bathroom. Not a huge deal, but it seems like it would make more sense to have the larger bed (or even a queen) in the larger bedroom. Regardless, we definitely recommend this house. The front porch is small, but big enough for three people to sit comfortably. That was a nice bonus, as were the Mini Split AC units. They really kept the house cool, when it got hot. As always, Martha Murray real estate was so great to deal with.

This cottage was perfect for our family. The location was great with slight views of Swan River from the screened in porch. It was walking distance to the beaches, and a quick ride to lots of great restaurants.

Television not easy to use and no instructions, only 1 channel first week but then a few more 2nd week. Not spotlessly clean in places, eg sunroom not very inviting, kitchen floor and some of the cupboards.

"Great place!"

Great deck; spacious yard; loved the front screened in porch (a perfect spot for morning tea or a glass in wine at night!); helpful to have WiFi and Tv/cable. Just right for us (a couple with one toddler). Clean place; kitchen has what you need; lots of windows for breezes and the AC is a huge help on humid nights.

The beds were not comfortable. That's the only drawback for us. We'd be back in a heartbeat if we knew we'd get good nights' sleep for our vacation!
