Our rental at Bakers Way was a great location. There was plenty of room as we had both sides of the duplex. We found it clean and neat. The views from the decks are great! Great place to rent!

Location was awesome. House was very clean. Lots of room for large families. Love the upper decks. Beautiful view. Few minor issues (screen door stuck, microwave buttons didn't all work) but in no way did these affect our vacation. Def coming back. Lots of beach to walk on.

This is an amazing property and was perfect for our family reunion. The home was attractive and comfortable. The large kitchen, living and deck spaces were perfect for family dinners and hanging out. Both units had great kitchen amenities which met the needs of our foodie-vegan-paleo-gluten free-and omnivore family. Beach and river proximity could not be better. We rented a paddle board and kayak for 5 days and used it every day. The Bakers Way 9 has the much better view for those renting only half of the property. The Martha Murray staff were very pleasant and helpful

Very responsive yet relaxed staff. The property was at an ideal location for our family. We rented a kayak and a stand-up paddle board for our stay and the access to the swan river made it very easy. The beach was fantastic and not terribly crowded in spite of perfect weather. But I think the best part was just hanging out on the lovely decks with morning coffee or evening wine, enjoying the beauty and catching up!The only comment from members of our group was that the photos on AirBnB don't do the property justice. Keep in mind that we have an artist and a videographer in the family. Great property and location!Additional Comments, Questions or Concerns: The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. The knives should be sharpened soon (pretty minor but safer and more satisfactory for chefs).

Gorgeous, breathtaking panoramic water views, cozy bedrooms, and the best front porch I ever sat on to watch sunrise and sunset. You won't want to ever leave! Super clean, cozy,and comfortable. Just like home but 1,000 times better! Best vacation stay ever on the cape!
